We hope that each child will have a very enjoyable time in this school and that the information provided will prove to be of benefit.

Catholic Ethos
Coralstown is a co-educational catholic school that operates under the patronage of the Bishop of Meath. Together the Board of Management, the staff, the parents and the parish community provide Religious Education for the pupils in accordance with the doctrine, traditions and practices of the Catholic Church. We attend mass in St. Agnes Church on the first Friday of each month and the local priests visit the classes throughout the year.
Our Catholic Ethos permeates throughout the school day through our actions, attitudes and practices. Opportuinities for prayer and the celebration of the liturgy and the sacraments are created. We also provide a welcoming inclusive community that is respectful and tolerant of all religious traditions and beliefs.
Pupils receive First Penance and First Holy Communion in 2nd class and Confirmation in 6th class. Please follow the religious programme from the child’s book and help with religion work when it is sent home. If you have any issues with your child attending mass or receiving the sacraments please contact the Principal.
